1-1/4 cups pear nectar or apple juice
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup cider vinegar
6 oz. dried pear halves, chopped (about 1 cup)

1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1/4 cup golden raisins
2 to 3 tablespoons sugar (as desired)
1-1/2 teaspoons Watkins Ginger
1/4 teaspoon Watkins Red Pepper Flakes (more, if desired)
1/8 teaspoon Watkins Cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes until pears and cranberries are soft, stirring occasionally.
