This is a tutorial on how to insert as well as attach your graphics in Outlook Express. There are many people who do not use outlook express, and these people oftentimes cannot see what you are sending them unless you insert. Other people may not be able to see what you are sending them unless you attach. Then for saving, many can see what you send when you insert but cannot save it unless it is attached. The solution... do both. It just takes a second or two of your time and then you are sure that everyone can see the item you inted them too.
