WIBA quickly grew into a force in womens professional boxing, sanctioning world title fights in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean. Thru the direction of Ryan Wissow, the WIBA set the standerds in womens professional boxing, being the first female sanctioning body with legitimate, accurate monthly ratings, and competitive title matched featuring the very best female boxers from all over the world. This has helped to bring womens professional boxing to higher level. today, Ryan Wissow is the President of the WIBA (Womens International Boxing Association) a limited liability company (LLC) registered in Hollywood, Florida USA. Wissow owns all legal right to the WIBA, which is registered with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Luis Bello is the President of the UBC (Universal Boxing Council) a mens sanctioning body headquartered in Bello's hometown of Cartagena, Colombia.
