When Don sent me this poem, I couldn't help but want it on my page. There are a lot of folks who would love to be in Don's shoe's these day's. Lot's of people wait their intire lives to own a Harley. If ya don't ride, ya outta start! Don't wait either, it may be to late!

Wild Bill...

My 'ol Harley D

By Don Hood

I semi-retired the other day,
Before time run's out I decided to play.
So I bought myself an 'ol Harley D,
The one I've been wantin' for eternity.

I live to ride that 'ol harley D.
The rumble and roar sounds like music to me.
Across America I ride proud and free,
Just rollin' along on my 'ol Harley D.

My wife said I was crazy, but now she comes 'long.
Tears come to my eyes when I hear her humming my song.
Now she knows what it is, that it means to me,
When she crawls on top of her 'ol Harley D.

If you have to ask, you would'nt understand
Why I ride my Harley all over this land.
And if I die, you can say this of me;
At least he had his 'ol Harley D

I live to ride that 'ol Harley D.
The rumble and roar sounds like music to me.
Across America I ride proud and free,
Just rolling along on my 'ol Harley D
