PURPOSE
The purpose of this group is for WebTV users to have a place to discuss graphic creation,graphic tools,and display their handiwork.This group is unmoderated and primarily for WebTV users.
Rules of conduct
1)No responses to troll or flame posts.Just let them pass on through.
2)No vulgarity or smut.Keep the language clean.Anyone(including minors)is welcome here and this is a common courtesy.
3)Signatures are allowed.However,rams will be frowned upon unless thet are clickable as an option.
4)While some off topic posts will be tolerated,discussions which are not relate to this group should be taken to the appropriate news group.
5)These rules can be ammended as necessary by a vote of the group.
