Oak Hill Cemetery
( Morris Cemetery )
A small old cemetery on the banks overlooking Cazenovia Creek Valley
in the Town of Elma, (Springbrook), Erie County, New York.
Located behind, 1610 Seneca Street,
at the north west corner of this property.

1849 - 1963

It was an adventure finding this cemetery, with the crushed stone path vanishing years ago.
access is through private property, with the entrance among trees, bushes, weeds, and myrtle.
There is a archway at the entrance to the cemetery with several steps leading up to the property.
You have to be right on top of the entrance, before it's visible.
( Enter on the far right of the property, walk straight back, you will enter the woods.)

We made our visit on 4 July, 1998, and found the property covered with ground cover, small bushes, etc.
and in very poor condition. Many of the gravestones are now illegible.
