TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. An 'Agent' is a person or company who introduce Clients to wTc and who is registered with wTc for that purpose.

2. An 'Agent' is an agent of the Client and not of wTc.

3. An 'Agent' will be paid an indenting commission of 1% on all business concluded by Clients introduced by the Agent.

4. Efforts of outstanding Agents will be recognized through Merit Awards which may be in cash or kind.
