I am new to the list (and Shackelford research) and I've been working on my family genealogy for almost six years now (since grandma died and I inherited her file). Some call it a hobby, but in my case (as in most) I have found my obsession!!
The Shackelfords I'm looking for information on are:

1. Strother Henry1 Shackelford was born Bet. 1810 - 1825. He married Anne Edwards.

2. William Henry2 Shackelford (Strother Henry1) was born November 20, 1845 in Stafford Co, VA, and died December 15, 1919 in Stafford Co, VA At home of son John Lymon. He married Miranda Anne Musselman September 06, 1875 in Stafford Co, VA Ramoth church, (First couple to be married at Ramoth Baptist Church. Ceremony performed by Rev. Walter Moncure), daughter of Albert Musselman and Frances Knight.

iv. Daisy Shackelford, born January 06, 1884. She married (1) Czar Knight. She married (2) David Armstrong.
v. Martha Etta Shackelford, born March 24, 1888 in Stafford Co, VA; died December 03, 1963 in Fredericksburg, Stafford Co, VA. She married Lyman Bruce Embrey December 28, 1910 in Stafford, VA, son of Lemuel Embrey and Lucy English.
vi. Jeanette Shackelford, born January 02, 1895; died December 29, 1910. Burial: Garrison Family Cemetery
Martha Etta Shackelford was my great-grandmother.
