We're desparately trying to find the parents of Richard T. Shackelford b. 2 Apr 1802 possibly in VA; m. Cecelia Hubbard 19 Feb 1829 in Madison Co., KY.
He d. 13 Sep 1862 pr 10 Oct 1862, Platte Co., MO. Have just about concluded he was dropped down the chimney by the stork!!
Any help anyone could give us for located the man would be greatly appreciated!
