I am seeking information on James Shackleford, who died in Madison Co., Ky. in 1795. (Will dated 10 March 1795, recorded 4 August 1795. Will Book A, p. 98).
He names his wife, Sarah Shackleford, sons John, Edward and James Shackleford, daughters Sarah Hicks, Betsey Sanders, Ann Beasley. Witness was Thomas JamesChilton.
Who was the husband of Betsey Sanders?
Was James Shackleford the same person of the name who earlier lived in Buckingham Co., Va.?
