Hello Charles,
I got your email address from the Roots Surname List and I was hoping that we might have a common ancestral link. The only link to the Shacklefords that I have is Samuel P. Magill (1783-1865) married Nancy Shackleford (1792-1865) and they had at least one son, William Harrison Magill (1813-1878). William was born in Madison Co., KY, so I assume that Samuel and Nancy were probably married there.
