Check this out! Jason was real, and he *did* have a grand voyage (although imbellished a bit perhaps “G”). http://www.theage.com.au/articles/2003/11/25/1069522599012.html

I for one am setting my VCR

Disney's Haunted Mansion

The Haunted Mansion attraction in Disneyland has been one of my favourite rides since I can remember. I practically have all the lines memorised, and if I close my eyes I can imagine the entire thing pretty much in sequence (I used to go to the park almost every day...the biproduct of being homeless, living in LA, and deciding to spend $150 on a year long pass instead of buying something sensible like food. “G” Truth be told I never regretted my decision).

I found this incredible online site with both audio and an entire video of the attraction. Since Disney does *not* allow video recorders on the attraction without permission, this is an "OK'd" tape that they feature (it's also an official site methinks). Believe me, I've been in a group where somebody tried to take moving pictures...they stopped the ride, people came in, and took the offender away. Nobody takes the word "copyright" more seriously than the folks at Disney).

Here's the URL:

You'll also notice that you can "tour" the entire park, experiencing many of the rides via videotape. An excellent idea IMO! : )

And in case you're wondering..yes, I'm very much looking forward to the movie coming out this Wednesday. “G” Xena : ) http://www.geocities.com/taikospix/gallery.htm

Ok, I enjoy comics alot. And I came across one that is downright hillarious called Nodwick by Arron Williams.

These are published in the issuse of Dragon and Dungeon magazines. Both aimed for the AD&D crowd. And if you played enough of the game, you will love this! http://www.gamespy.com/comics/nodwick/nodwick/dragon/DragonGallery.html

Pick gallary one for the very first Nodwick strips then compare to the last gallery where poor Nodwick has changed drasticly. ;-)

I especialy love the last 3 strips of gallery 7.

There is also "Dork Tower" by Joan Kovalic. http://www.gamespy.com/comics/dorktower/ If you've hung around the gamming crowd long enough you know what this is all about. LOL

Check this out! Virtual tours and everything! And look! They found Sennedjem's Tomb! <G> http://www.cs.dartmouth.edu/farid/egypt/reconstruction.html It's always a bit strange when a name I'm familiar with through RPG hits me smack in my reality bone, lol.

Hey everyone! Godchecker.com now has the Greek Pantheon downloaded into it's database. This is some pretty funny and right on stuff!

The do go the route of Ares and Aphrodite having a fling (the "eeeeeew" factor for Xenites is astounding, lol. "Bad touching! Bad touching!"), but as there are two schools of thought reagrding this, it's their site they can choose which way they want to go.

Remember that this is also a satire site, so don't expect a real "reverence" for any God portrayed here. It's all in good fun and I just LOVE this site.

Here's the URL for the Greek part: http://www.godchecker.com/pantheon/greek-mythology.php Simply go the left of your screen and choose which God/Goddess you want to read about and click on the blue link with their name on it. Hours of fun! : )

Xena (clicking happily away)
