Invisible
I walk the hallways, you don't see me
In class i sit beside you, and you act as though i am not there
Invisible i am not, though i might as well be
For you'll never notice me
All the dark clothes i wear, everything i do
I try to be seen by you
I'd smile and open my heart, you'd ignore me
You see right through me, as though i am not here
Turning me invisible
My life i give, to get your attention
And i still walk these hallways alone
I still stand alone, invisible
Unnoticed, and unseen, unheard, ignored
But still here, a ghost, a specter of life
Invisible to you, therefore unliving
So i am invisible to the rest of the world
No longer living, but not dead
Just invisible, and undead, unwhole
