Background:

Scott Cloutier was born on September 3, 2354 in Boston. He and his family moved to rural Maine in 2356. As he grew up, Cloutier became fascinated with science and technology, especially space and exploration.

As a child he began to study about great space explorers such as John Glenn, Neil Armstrong, and James T. Kirk. In 2367, just following the battle at Wolf 359, Scott and his familly went on a day long trip into orbit on a tour shuttle. It was there that he saw the USS Enterprise-D docked at Earth Station McKinley. That is when he decided to join Starfleet. He was accepted to Starfleet Acadamy in late 2371.

He spent four years at the Acadamy and graduated near the top of his class in 2374.

After graduation, he served at Starbase 23 until he was transfered to the USS Highlander.

Personality Profile:

Ensign Cloutier's strongest feature is his intelligence and problem solving. He can analyze a situation and correct it easily. He is also quiet and softspoken.
