After a long period Static. P decided to release another "Slow Jams". Work started in 1999 and the album consisted of tuff loops with samples, breaks and EFX cleverly placed. The album took of with a boom and had the most airplay of any album released by Phat Kats before. The album was licensed to a company called Groove City who have made there mark in the industry. It sold extremely well in the year 2000 so much so, that with the release of "Slow Jams2001" the album was re-released at the same time. One of the tracks on the album was picked up for the Lovers Plus adverts. The adverts popularity was manly attributed to the music that accompanied it, and the spin-of was increased sales for the album. This album marks a definite change in production and quality of product that we can with confidence say that it is shaping the way we produce and remix material. The track that received the most airplay though is "Blastmasters Radio". Check out the track!
