O Jesus, my Savior and my God, I adore Thee with the greatest reverence in the Sacrament of Thy Love.
I firmly believe that Thou art truly present in the Blessed Eucharist to become the food of my soul; do Thou confirm my faith.
I hope that by receiving Thee I shall obtain all the graces I need to remain faithful to Thee until death; do Thou strengthen my hope.
I love Thee with all my heart and I am grieved to my soul for having offended Thee because Thou art infinitely good, Do Thou increase my love and deepen the sorrow for my sins.
O most loving Jesus, I am not worthy that Thou shouldst come to me, because my heart is not a worthy dwelling place to receive Thee; but Thy word consoles and encourages me, "Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest: Unless you eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink His Blood, you shall not have life in you. If anyone eat of this bread, he shall live forever."
Prepare my heart to receive Thee; cleans my soul from all dross of sin and adorn it with Thy own merits and the beauty of Thy soul.
Come to me, dear Jesus, let me unite myself to Thee. Thou art the salvation of my soul and my highest Good; effect in me what from all eternity Thou hast intended to do in my soul by this Holy Sacrament.
O Mary, my Mother, St. Joseph, my guardian angel, my patron saint, pray for me that I may receive Jesus worthily. Amen.
