General Information

  • Ohio Achievement Assessments (Ohio Department of Education)
    Students are required to take Ohio Achievement Assessments (OAA) in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies between grades three and eight.

  • Ohio Graduation Tests (Ohio Department of Education)
    The Ohio Graduation Tests (OGT) are administered beginning in tenth grade. To receive a high school diploma, a student must pass all five tests: reading, writing, math, science, and social studies.

  • Ohio's Statewide Testing (Ohio Department of Education)
    This website has tools that can help students and families understand the OAA and OGT.  It includes an overview of what students should know at each grade level, online practice test questions, and how questions are scored.  The OGT section also has information about retaking the OGT, getting the most out of grades 11 and 12, and preparing for college and careers.
