EATHAR      - the prefference over the self

EID     -These things are Sunnah on EID :

To get up early,

To make ghusl ,

To clean the teeth with a miswak ,

 to put on perfume ,

 to put on new clean clothes,

to show that one is happy,

 to eat sweets befor the eid prayer FITR,

 To eat dates 3 or 5

to go to the mosque of ones neighborhood for morning prayer,

 and to go to the large mosque for the Eid-Ul fitr,

to wear a ring on that day,

 to go to the mosque early and on foot ,

 To say the eid TAKBIRS (Allah-hu Akbar) softly on Fitr and loudly on Adha,

To welcome the Muslims with a smiling face and to give them Salaams,

to give sadaqa to the poor and work helping those making DAWA,

to reconcile those who have offended each other ,

 to visit relatives and the Muslims and give them gifts ,

to visit the graves of those shahid among us. and our pious friends and relatives who have passed away .  .

**EID UL- ADHA     -

**EID UL QURBAN      -The 10th of dhul HIJA is the first day of the eid of qur'ban

ENSAN        - human dignity, a core element of the ISLAMIC IDENTITY

 The other component of the Islamic identity is HONOR . Honor consists of self possession, a composed demeanor, a disinclination to conflict or open confrontation , avoiding degrading others , verbal performance (converasational skills ),hospitality, extended with humility and defference ,controlling the use of things , good resource management ,honesty, courage ,skill in social relations and negotiation and tact.

Note: 

Undignified behavior is considered un Islamic ,shouting ,unconscious movements,loud public speech ,theatricalism ,excessive anger,obscene language ,violence in the family and elsewhere,sexual dress, physical affection to dogs, filth, substance abuse,begging, dating,  taking part in christian holidays and being around undignified people  are all considered undignified by Muslims . 

Is not the time ripe for the hearts of those who believe to submit to Allah's reminder and to the truth which is revealed? That they become not as those who received the Book of the past, but the term was prolonged for them and so their hearts were hardened, and many of them are evil doers. Al-Hadeed (57):16

Surely it has been revealed to us that the punishment will be for whoever denies and turns away. Ta Ha (20):43.

EID-AL-ADHA: A four-day festival that completes the rites of pilgrimage and takes place on the 10th-13th of Dhul Hijja (the 10th is the day of Nahr and 11th -13th are the days of Tashriq). Literally means "the feast of the sacrifice". This feast commemorates the Prophet Ibrahim ‘s obedience to Allah by being prepared to sacrifice his only son Ismael, peace be on both of them. EID AL-FITR: Three-day festival marking the end of Ramadan. It takes place on the 1st of Shawal, the 10 month of the Islamic calendar.
