We are located right next to Cannon Memorial Hospital. From Boone, take 105 to Linville (17 miles) and follow the 'H' signs to the hospital.

Sloop Medical Plaza is conveniently located adjacent to Charles A. Cannon Memorial Hospital. Linville Family Medicine is upstairs and down the right hallway, suite  235.  In the downstairs lobby, you will find Avery Pharmacy. The location offers a wide variety of health care in one convenient location. Sloop Medical Plaza and Cannon Memorial Hospital are all part of the Avery Health Care System. Sloop Medical Plaza is just to the left of the hospital. To get to Linville Family Medicine, go through the front entrance. Just past the pharmacy on your left you will see the stairs to the second floor (elevators are just opposite the stairway). Go to the second floor and take the hallway to the right. Suite 235 is about half-way down the hall on your right.
