Joseph Badgeley

We formed the Battalion in Fort Brag North Carolina and proceeded by plane and then ship the "USS Geiger Troop Ship " see http://www.alwaysable.org/boat_ride.htm from Oakland Ca to Vung Tau and then on to Qui Non. There we convoyed to An Khe. There we proceeded to build the base camp.

I served with 586th Support at An Khe and 36th Signal Combat on Engineer hill, Pleiku and Hong Kong Mountain An Khe. Looking for Kirt, Schneider, Fred Ramirez, Bernard Wilson.
