Chocolate Chip (Diet)

 

Ingredients:

1 cup of butter
1/2 cup of soft dark drown sugar
7/8 cup of granulated sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 egg
1/8 cup of cocoa powder
1 1/4 cup of plain flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
1 cup of chocolate chips (mix dark and white if you like)

Direction:

Preheat the oven to GM5/375F/190C.

Cream the butter and sugars thoroughly, then beat in the vanilla, then beat in the egg and (sifted) cocoa powder. Mix in the flour, soda, and salt, to result in a stiff dough. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Drop tablespoonfuls on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-12 minutes until set. Wait 2 minutes for them to coo, then put them somewhere safe so no-one can swipe them.
