Ingredients: 1/2
cup plain flour 1/4 cup
butter Direction: Cream together the margarine and sugar, then
sift and add the flours and cocoa powder, and mix well. You may need to add a
little milk so that the mixture just binds together. Roll out the dough to about 1/8" thick.
Cut out shapes using a cookie cutter, or cut into even sized rectangles using
a pastry wheel. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at
190C for 10 mins. Leave to cool. Meanwhile, to make the filling, cream the butter, then add the icing sugar, drinking chocolate and the warm water. Sandwich together pairs of biscuits in this way. [Back to the top] [Back to Recipe Page]
