Chocolate Chips Cookies
Ingredient:
125 gram of butter
100g of sugar
1/2 egg
vanilla essence
180g flour
2 tsp of cocoa powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
Directions:
1) Mix 125g of butter and 1009 of sugar well together.
2) Add in egg, one drop of vanilla essence. Mix.
3) Add in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Must sift everything.
4) Add all into the beating container.
5) Add in chocolate chips and nuts (optional). Mix manually.
6) Put cookies into oven for approximately 20 minutes or more. (For microwave oven, 30 - 40 minutes)
Note: PLEASE heat oven before anything!
Oven: 110c
Microwave: 130c
