Britain and the U.S.A. chartered flights for their citizens to relocate away from Japan, while China ordered their citizens to move to Tokyo first and then the Chinese residents evacuated later out of Japan. The commercial airline tickets were high in demand but scarce. Some of the companies hired private jets to evacuate their staff. Other foreign governments urged their nationals to move far away south of northeastern Japan and to evacuate out of Tokyo. "If you're in Tokyo or any of the affected prefectures... we are saying that you should depart," Mr. Kevin Rudd said, the Australian Foreign Minister. Also, France, Germany, and New Zealand were some of the countries that urged their citizens to fly out of Tokyo, Japan.

When you carefully analyze, observe, compare with other events, and ponder upon the enormous loss of lives, the numbers of missing persons, the widespread devastation in northeastern Japan, you need to think few times on the impacts of the deadly and destructive effects of the powerful natural forces. They could strike again at any week or month where you live and work right now. You need to consider your priorities in life after you watched the TV coverage for several days on the 8.9 earthquakes, tsunamis, aftershocks as well as the explosions and fires in the nuclear power plants. You need to learn seriously that an American official, for example, urged all the citizens to get out at least 50-mile radius away from the fire-stricken and damaged containment building in the nuclear power plants. You need to plan ahead for some options and prepare to survive for the next mega-disasters.

Have you forgotten the Hurricanes Harvey and Irma which devastated thousands of lives and destroyed billions of dollars' worth of property, and that they have done long-term damage to the competitiveness of two of America's most economically important states, Texas and Florida, in September 2017? Have you anticipated and prepared for when the big earthquakes shook twice in Mexico City?

Have you forgotten the earthquakes in Tongonan in Kananga, Leyte, in Lipa City, Batangas, in Surigao City, Surigao del Norte the past months of 2017? Have you seriously thought of the inconveniences if or when the next earthquakes hit your city which could cause your electric service to be cut off with 2 to 4-hour brownout intervals, 24/7 for over a month? There are no normal connections or communications to the Facebook, youtube, other Internet, and mobile phone addresses. We have suffered such brownouts for over a month here in Region 8 – Samar, Biliran and Leyte provinces, parts of Bohol and Cebu when the earthquakes shook and damaged our source of the geothermal-generated electricity which is located in Kananga, Leyte!

What if or when the big earthquakes, tsunamis, aftershocks hit Metro Manila someday? The low-level Ninoy Aquino International Airport might be flooded and closed for operation. The piers or seaports might be destroyed. The north and south superhighways and the flyovers or overpasses, other bridges and streets might also be devastated. The debris from the earthquakes or high rise floods might block the roads to pass through for several weeks and months. The local and international aid, assistance and help might not come in the next several days or weeks. You would be marooned! You would suffer without drinking water, foods, medicine, electricity, communication, transportation from the outside world. Unless you have a portable radio transceiver or fully charged mobile phone, you would not be able to communicate outside for assistance or help, while the rest of the survivors would be looting and rioting for the much needed foods, water, other basic needs of the 15-million population in Metro Manila!

Typhoon Yolanda which hit the Central Philippines on November 8, 2013 was one of the strongest tropical cyclones ever recorded in Philippine history. It also destroyed portions of Southeast Asia. Yolanda/Haiyan was the deadliest Philippine typhoon which killed about 6,300 people mostly in Samar and Leyte provinces. It was also the strongest typhoon recorded at landfall and the strongest in terms of wind speed. The super typhoon heavily destroyed the Visayas regions, particularly the provinces of Samar, Biliran, Leyte and northern Cebu. The United Nations' officials reported that 11 million people have been affected and thousands were left homeless.

Big city or urban living is not a blessing, but a curse!

Around 30% to 35% of the total population, the Filipinos including the foreign citizens are living with stress while pursuing their business enterprises, jobs, careers and professions, studying, shopping, visiting, seeking medical treatments and entertainments, commuting through the heavy traffic in Metro Manila, Metro Cebu, and other large cities throughout the country. They are inhaling the smog and smelling the foul or polluted environment. Out of 108-million Philippine population, around 84% are Roman Catholics and 10% Protestants. Most of them profess and worship the same Creator, Savior, and Messiah. Majority of them celebrate their birthdays, anticipate the Christmas season as early as October, observe the New Year, Santo Nino festival, Black Nazarene procession, the Chinese New Year, Holy Week, Passover, Crucifixion, Resurrection, Easter Sunday, All Saints Day, ... They go to the barangay, town, city fiestas, chartered day, and many other religious-civic festivities throughout the inhabited 7,600-island (including the newly discovered ones) country.

About 4,000 years ago, it was written: "How terrible it will be for you who join house to house, who add field to field, until there is no more room, and you have settled yourselves alone in the middle of the land" (Isa. 5:8)... "Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing..." (II Cor. 6:17). Thus, the professed Christians, Messianic and other religious believers must be separate from the world just as the Holy Bible described them to do so. The Bruderhof, Amish, Hutterites and most of the Mennonites' communes and intentional communities have been practicing successfully the self-sustainable lifestyles for the past 99 to over 494 years! Some of them are in Europe, Canada, and America; a few of them are in Latin America, Australia, and other countries.

They are media famous as the extremely beautiful and self-sustainable community.

As a separate farming village farther south of Rio de Janeiro, the Bride of the Lamb or Noiva do Cordeiro is mostly composed of and maintained by over 600 women! Recognized for her way of life, the Bride of the Lamb is a different place, where nothing belongs to anyone and everything belongs to everyone. They walk to work in their farm. They till the soil, plant, uproot the weeds, water, harvest, and process some of their produce into package products. They organize and promote the food festivals. They manufacture clothes and related goods, and sell them to the markets outside of their village. They host the visitors and entertain them with live shows, music, songs, dances, dramas ... One of them, known as Keila GaGa a farmer herself and a descendant of the original founder who started the village around 1891, is famous for being the Lady Gaga of Latin America.

Meanwhile, the kibbutzim are so popular in Israel, so are the Twelve Tribes Community that is spreading since 1972 in some American states and to over 10 foreign countries. The multi-denominational Homestead Heritage is gaining adherents and regular visitors to their self-sustainable community activities in Texas, U.S. They are similar to the Anabaptists' peacekeeping, agri-business movements, and the kibbutzim in Israel.

"From the very beginning of time God warned His people to separate themselves from evil. Not only were they to not become engulfed in evil, they were not even to touch it. In the Garden of Eden God warned Adam and Eve of the danger of becoming involved in sin. In reference to the fruit on the tree of knowledge of good and evil that was in the midst of the garden, God said, '...Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die' (Gen. 3:3). "Separate means to be unconnected, not united, or distinct. If we want to follow Jesus, we must try to do as He did. Jesus was ...holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners ...' (Heb. 7:26). Because Satan knows that he can cause confusion in the hearts and minds of man by encouraging God's people to ignore the admonishment to live a separated, sanctified life, he has tried to deny the value of separation. He even goes so far as to say that God does not tell the truth about separation. Satan told Eve, . . . 'Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil' (Gen. 3:4-5).

"Since that time mankind has been engaged in a baffle to understand the consequences of separation or lack of separation from the world. At various times in their history, the children of Israel ignored God's warning to be separate from the world. They moved into the cities of heathen, became very involved in their businesses and even married into their families."

The ideal location & features of the "stepping stone" to the Place of Safety

1.  You must watch this video on "The HITCHHIKER's GUIDE TO THE APOCALYPSE - COREY GOODE. He describes the end time prophecies from different religions.
2.  Seek advice from a geologist or scientist at a state college/university or a government agency who is kind enough to assist you to know whether or not your self-sustainable site is safe from the typhoons, floods, landslides, earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, famine, pestilence, etc.
3.  Find the highest elevation above the sea level and farthest from the seacoasts. The 2-mile high ice on top of Antarctica is melting! Without the foresight of the future, numerous government and private officials, the so-called professionals in many countries are building reclamation projects without a vision of the future; reclamation over the sea can cause the sea to rise up. Seek one with an access road, a source of fresh water - creek, spring, river, rainwater to store in a water tank - and electric power lines. Generate your own electricity from the solar cells, wind-driven generators, and free magnetic energy generators.
4.   Relocate to an agricultural barangay or village. Be friendly, cooperate with the residents of the barrio in a small town or city far, far away from the heavily populated cities such as Metro Cebu or Metro Manila. Metro Manila is sinking!
5.  Build your underground shelter near, if available, a natural cave to use it as a backup shelter, and an airport not far away just in case Elohim will provide the "two wings of a great eagle" to your Christian or Messianic community!
6.  Start planting crops, vegetables, fruit trees, spices, etc. and raising livestock and poultry as your top priority projects.
7.  Learn all the skills and techniques on First Aid, food preservation or canning; weaving and tailoring for fabrics and clothes; making soaps, detergents, candles, biodiesel, ethanol fuels, and other useful products for the community.
8.  Plan and build your self-sustainable place of safety to sustain for at least 7 years or more due to the Great Tribulation, World Economic Collapse, Battle of Armageddon (World War 3), Nibiru, Wormwood, polar shift, solar flash, 100-pound hailstones, etc.
9.  Run or stay away far from the usual establishments or systems, Illuminati, secret societies, the Old & New World Order, shadow governments, etc. Join the "exodus" to the rural areas or provinces as soon as possible and organize a Bible-believing cooperative or commune.
10.  In a country with 84% Roman Catholics and 10% Protestants out of over 108-million population today, the Filipino Christians should have pursued the biblical self-sustainable community since the Spaniards introduced Christianity 498 years ago.
11.  Borrow money to immigrate, work, study, or open a small business in one of the top 10 safest countries before WW-3 breaks out.
12.  Therefore, prepare for Armageddon (World War 3), the Great Tribulation, Nibiru, Polar Shift, Solar Flash, Wormwood, and other catastrophic events. Establish your self-sustainable community, which is the foretaste of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth, Utopia, and do it permanently as your new but biblical lifestyle.

Unlike the original followers of Yahshua in the New Testament Church, majority of the members and supporters around the globe the past several centuries had and have planned and organized their assemblies, churches, congregations and religious groups similar to those of the educational institutions, exclusive, hobby and social clubs, other NGOs, government departments, bureaus and agencies, corporations and industries of today. The churches and other religious groups in modern times established their buildings with parking lots as well as in communities which the Bibles did not sanction. They do not exemplify the original New Testament church founded in 31 A.D./C.E. which was self-sufficient. The self-sustainable or intentional community is "about the fabric of our lives. It is the way we raise children, how we connect with each other, how we handle disagreement and conflict. It is about how much of ourselves we share with others, how we make friends and who with, who we consider being family. It is also about how leaders emerge, what we consider to be crimes and how we handle those who transgress. Finally, it is about how we relate to the environment, to other forms of life, and about how buildings structure and shape our interactions with each other and with the environment."

Thus, almost 2000 years later after the founding of the New Testament Church on the Day of Pentecost, millions and millions of the Messianic believers, Christians, charismatic or born-again followers, other religious groups and individuals are still living way down below the poverty level. When the modern Christian churches do not apply the lifestyles of the original New Testament Church, they could end up filing for bankruptcy. To avoid filing for bankruptcy, the Christian churches, congregations, other religious and secular organizations must learn from the excellent examples on self-sustainable living of the Bruderhof, Amish, Hutterian Brethren, Mennonites, other religious groups in America, Canada and few other countries.

The Hutterites came to North America from Eastern Europe in the 1870s to escape religious persecution. They "originated in 16th century Europe during the Reformation period when the Holy Spirit of God was stirring the hearts of those who were yearning for holiness. On January 21, 1525, a Bible study group in Zurich, Switzerland, met in the home of Felix Manz to study the issue of infant baptism. A fear came over them which pressed within their hearts. They bowed their knees in prayer to the Most High God in Heaven that He would show them His divine way and have mercy on them. After prayer, George Blaurock got up and asked Conrad Grebel to baptize him. Blaurock then baptized the others. Thus they were led to renounce infant baptism as non-biblical. They renewed the practice of the believer's baptism.

"These radical disciples of Christ were originally known as the Swiss Brethren and also as Anabaptists. They were immediately severely persecuted by that enemy of God, the Old Serpent, acting through his servants, so that many of those courageous children of God were martyred for their faith. Their call to complete surrender to God was rejected by the worldly church. The Catholic, Lutheran, and Reformed Churches all took part in the persecution of the Anabaptist brethren.

"The persecution was so severe that the believers had to flee and hide in the forests. At one point, in the year 1528, a group of believers was in a desperate situation. The leader of the group put his coat on the ground and called for everyone to place all their money on the coat to be used for the common good. This act began the restoration of the practice of the community of goods, which was first taught by Jesus and His apostles and described in the Book of Acts (2:42)."

Montana is not far behind with 50 colonies and 4,000 residents. Minnesota's eight colonies and North Dakota's six have largely formed since the 1980s. All totaled, there are about 460 Hutterite colonies with 40,000 residents spread across North America, concentrated in Great Plains states, the Pacific Northwest and Canada."

11th-Hour Procrastinators

The Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) are highly regarded as the modern heroes. From the foreign countries, they remit each month billions of dollar (U.S.) to their families and loved ones in the Philippines. However, when the economic crisis, climate or Earth changes and other inevitable crises will, not if, happen severely in the big cities, metropolis abroad and in their own cities and towns in hundreds of the inhabited islands, the residents have no option left but to evacuate and become refugees themselves. Most of the Filipinos and other citizens in the Asian neighborhood, and as far as the U.S.A., Canada, Europe, Scandinavia, Russian Federation, etc. that have the fall and winter seasons to deal with, will realize that relocating to the tropical countries or back to their homeland is a matter of survival. The powers that be will continue to manipulate, control and to cause disinformation to the governments and officials, the top officials of the military-industrial complexes, educational institutions, churches, other establishments, and systems. The powers that be will continue to "mismanage" behind the local and global economy - prices of the bunker, gasoline, diesel and aircraft fuels and their application to the transportation vehicles, other OPEC-fueled machinery, and equipment. They will continue to "mismanage" the market and distribution systems for the drinks, foods, health care and medicines, other necessities as well as the national and international communications, the high tech but inter-dependent establishments, industries, their products, and services. Some cities in the U.S.A. even in the farming municipalities prohibit their residents or landowners to engage in poultry and vegetable gardening in their own yards.

Thousands of the residents in the heavily populated Metro Manila suffer from the frequent rains and floods which would hit them around June to November every year. Thousands to few millions in Metro Cebu and over 15-million residents in Metro Manila, for example, will be marooned when, not if, the prophetic super earthquakes, super typhoons and mega floods, other natural deadly and destructive forces ravage the market-oriented, gasoline and diesel-hungry commuting societies as well as the technology-dependent population. Of course, the natural destructive forces occurred in the past months, years and decades, and will occur repeatedly in the next several months, years and decades.

One radio show host, Sherry Shriner, said that "You have been warned. Guard yourselves, protect yourselves, and seek the Most High for what He wants you to do or where He wants you to go. He has given us time to prepare, which means it probably won't get really bad until ... but listen to Him as He leads and guides you and ask Him to lead and guide your thoughts. Learn how He leads or speaks to your heart, learn to recognize His voice and leading and ask Him to teach you how. We have time to prepare, so prepare. If you are in the cities start planning to get out of them. Try to become more self-reliant and less-reliant on mainstream society... We have more wars coming, famines, plagues, civil unrest, natural disasters and that's just the beginning. We are heading into the days of tribulation. Be prepared and ready to listen to Yah [Jesus] and what He leads you to do." Mrs. Shriner had over 3 million hits per month in her websites, and over 160 countries that listened to her radio ministry!

To survive the Great Tribulation, national & international economic collapse & to avoid the Marks of the Beast

”On the other extreme is the ask-Jesus-into-your-heart approach. These people do nothing practical. They get ready to die, but they do little or nothing about changing their present lifestyle. You don't need Bible prophecy to tell you that it is important to get right with God before you die. But if the prophecies are going to be fulfilled in the near future, then there must be something practical that we should be doing to prepare for them now.

"Listen to the Lamb!

"The answer lies in a broader understanding of prophecy. The full name of the last book of the Bible is The Revelation of Jesus Christ. And the opening verses tell us that it is a revelation given specifically to the servants of Jesus Christ. If you are not ready to serve (i.e. obey) Jesus, you will never find solutions to problems predicted in the Revelation.

"The Revelation features a Lamb and a Beast. The Beast (the final world dictator) appears to have total power over the inhabitants of the earth, but the Lamb (Jesus) conquers the Beast in the end. Unless people are motivated to study and obey the teachings of the Lamb, they will never be able to escape the mark of the Beast. The passage about the mark goes on to say that it is somehow related to the 'name of the Beast' or the number of his name, which is 666.

"Computer bar codes include three identical pairs of lines at the left, right and centre of the lines representing the number of the product you are buying. These three pairs of lines are slightly longer than the others, and in the most widely used coding system, they are the two lines that represent the number six.

"Three sixes keep popping up at each stage of the move toward a cashless society. Bankcard featured three sixes inside of each other (one red, one orange, and one yellow) which supposedly represented the letter 'b'. The Keycard turned the six on its side and said it was a key. (See Revelation 13:16-18)

"Wiser than Solomon?

"We turned to the Bible to unravel the mystery of the number. Looking for the number 666 elsewhere in the Bible, we found it in I Kings 10:14 where it says the amount of gold that came to King Solomon in one year was 666 talents (about 25 tons!).

"The Lamb (Jesus) referred to the events of this same chapter twice in his teachings: once when he said his teachings were greater than Solomon's wisdom, and yet the Queen of Sheba came to hear Solomon's wisdom, giving him all this gold in appreciation (Matthew 12:42); and once when he said that all of Solomon's wealth could not compare with what God could provide for those who would stop working for money and start working for God (Matthew 6:24-30). Jesus obviously expected people to listen to him in preference to Solomon.

"The Prostitute and the Bride

"Two other characters in The Revelation are a Prostitute, called Babylon (Revelation 17:1-5) and a Bride, called Jerusalem (Revelation 21:1-10). In the Gospels, Jesus called this Bride the 'kingdom from heaven'. And he taught that God would provide the basic needs of anyone whose first goal in life was to promote this kingdom. (Matthew 6:31-33) Babylon as such is not mentioned in the gospels. Instead, Jesus says we have a choice between working for God or working for money. (Matthew 6:24) He says to give God what belongs to God and give Caesar what belongs to Caesar (Matthew 22:19-21) and suggests that money is all that Caesar has been able to create, whereas real wealth comes from his Father. He says that God's children owe the Caesars of the world nothing. (Matthew 17:24-26 KJV)

"The greatest achievement of the Babylonian Empire was the invention of money. Throughout the centuries the spirit of Babylon has developed new ways to make it easier for the world's Solomons to move their tons of gold around. The electronic Mark spoken of in The Revelation is just the consummation of it all.

"So what do we do?

"Our response to the warnings of the Revelation are quite simple. We start obeying Jesus by learning to live by faith right now, working for God rather than working for money. St. John said, 'You have heard that the Antichrist will come, but even now there are many anti-Christs.' (I John 2:18) And just as we have heard that the Mark will come, even now there are many 'marks'. (What does Germany call its money?)

"If we continue to put our faith in money, and to work for it, we play right into the hands of the Antichrist. We can say we will refuse to take the final mark when it comes, but we will almost certainly use the same excuses for taking it then as we use for disobeying everything else that Jesus said about money now.

"Revelation 7:3-8 says that God's people also have a mark, and Jesus refers to this in John 6:27, when he says, 'Do not work for the food that perishes.' Jesus says our refusal to worry about material needs will set us apart from the rest of the world (Matthew 6:31-33) But the churches say, 'We would starve if we took that literally.'

"Jesus says, 'Sell what you own and give to the poor,' (Luke 12:33) and they say, 'He will forgive us if we don't follow that rule.' Jesus says, 'If you don't forsake everything that you own, you cannot be one of my followers,' (Luke 14:33) and they say, 'Times have changed. It won't work in today's world.' Jesus says, 'Teach others to obey all that I have said,' (Matthew 28:19-20) and they say, 'Nobody else is doing it, so why should we?'

"So when he says, 'Whoever receives the mark will feel the full strength of God's wrath,' (Revelation 14:9-11) those who boast now that they will never take it will say, 'We got away with disobeying everything else Jesus said. Why not ignore this one too.'

"To sum it up, there is going to be a world government, and it is going to bring in a universal mark that will greatly improve the efficiency of banking, law enforcement, immigration, and related fields. Eventually, the government will turn nasty and will execute literally millions of people. But that could be a long way down the track. In the meantime this new government and the new economic system it institutes is going to be a massive improvement on anything we have at the moment. No matter what anyone does to protest against the Mark, it will still come. Practically everyone will accept it, and you will almost certainly be one of those who does.

"The only exceptions will be those who have taken the teachings of Jesus very seriously. If you are not more interested in knowing what Jesus taught than the Queen of Sheba was in knowing the wisdom of Solomon (Remember, she paid tons of gold to hear what he had to say.) then forget about it. You are pretty well destined to take the mark anyway, and you may as well eat, drink, and be merry until the end comes.

"Of course if you are interested in following the teachings of Jesus, you can find them in the first four books of the New Testament (The Gospel According to Matthew, The Gospel According to Mark, The Gospel According to Luke, and The Gospel According to John). Study them (and obey them) like your eternal life depends on it. Because it does."

The remnant of the New Testament Church

The world's churches and congregations, except one, have no proof that the founders of their churches or congregations had the direct connection or unbroken chain of command to the original New Testament Church in Jerusalem. The history books and encyclopedia, even the Central Intelligence Agency have the facts: Armenia is the first country in the world to adopt Christianity as her official religion. It's not Italy or Vatican City. Why not follow the much older Armenian Apostolic Church or the Eastern Orthodox Church which has over 300 million members internationally?

Although we still consider ourselves as an organizing intentional community, we had planned the self-sustainable community as early as 1970 after we attended and heard the very inspiring and thought-provoking messages, participated in the activities, and experienced other spiritually-uplifting events during the Feast of Tabernacles in Baguio City. However, some of the longtime Sabbath-keepers had observed the Feast of Tabernacles (Leviticus 23:24) at the landmark camp for the past 46 plus years. So much so that about 800 members, individuals, and families, guests and visitors had witnessed the World Chess Champion Robert "Bobby" Fischer when he observed the Feast of Tabernacles at the Baguio Teachers' Camp during the mid-1970s.

The government-owned camp has around 47 cottages in the sprawling area, each cottage can accommodate between two and five persons. The 11 dormitories can lodge over one thousand people. "For business executives and administrators the Baguio Teachers Camp offers the use of several conference halls and function rooms, which have room for up to one thousand people. In addition to these, there are two dining areas that can hold up to 700 individuals. Of course, food and drinks are available.

The Baguio Teachers' Camp has playgrounds in which the globally famous Senator Manny Pacquiao had utilized to train for his boxing match. Its entire camp is surrounded by pine and other trees, some flower gardens and many other varieties of plants. It is a hiking distance to the Presidential Mansion, Camp John Hay, Baguio Botanical Garden, SM Mega Mall, groceries, restaurants, retail and general merchandise stores, public market, or downtown Baguio City. From the camp, you can ride the public transportation to see or experience the top attractions for tourists and visitors in the Summer Capital of the Philippines. The Baguio Teachers' Camp is 111 years old! However, they do not produce their own foods. They do not have solar-powered cells on their rooftops and grounds to generate their own electricity.

Since 1996, our community in Southern Leyte has small beach resort with no lodging yet, which we temporarily closed to replace it with another project. It is similar to that of a small public park by the sea in Hawaii. It has several coconuts and Talisay trees, an avocado, jackfruit, mango, papaya, santol, tamarind tree, few other trees for fresh air to inhale, protection from the strong winds and for shades from the tropical sunlight. We have three bungalow type buildings, two of the buildings need complete renovation and repair. One new 2-story residential shelter is being built. The beachfront property is big enough to build a 50-room inn or condotel so as to have a source of additional income for our self-sustainable community. We are praying and hoping that fellow believers nationally and internationally would loan us the funds, and to participate in our inn or condotel, and other projects.

Our agricultural lands are separate; they are about 17 to 25 kilometers up in the mountains within Maasin City - a much larger city in total land area than that of Cebu City. We are hoping and paying that some interested brethren, other Bible-believing Christians, and religious adherents would have their own finances, careers, professions or skills. That they would build their own cottages or shelter within our agricultural lands. We are also praying to find other landowners who would be willing to exchange our agricultural lands with their properties. Also, that they would offer their ideal agricultural lots for lease to us. Or perhaps they would miraculously donate their idle agricultural lands for the self-sustainable community projects.

We have been planning to establish the self-sustainable community in the ideal location, which should be a biking, commuting and hiking distance to downtown Maasin. It could be in separate properties but close enough to be walking or hiking distances to each others' sources of income. Our proposed 700th Millennium Community would be composed of a retreat or conference center (like the Baguio Teachers' Camp), small healthy and organic food stores, restaurants and shops, gardens for crops, vegetables, fruit trees and flowers, some cottage industries, a general consulting enterprise, and other suitable production of goods and services as the sources of livelihood for our self-sustainable community. In addition, we would like to emulate the excellent examples on self-sustainable lifestyles as those of the Bruderhof, Amish, Hutterian Brethren, some of the Mennonites, kibbutzim, 12 Tribes Community, and the Homestead Heritage. We hope to create a haven for the called-out ones to tap their creativity and full potentials.

So far we had about 35 foreign friends who wrote to express their interests to visit or join our community. However, they too were waiting for the facilities to be built before they could come in, which is understandable knowing their standards of living. One of us was blessed with the open doors to attend and visit around 17 Christian camps, retreat and conference centers, and intentional communities in California, Arizona, Washington, Hawaii, Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, Colorado, Idaho in the U.S.A., and in Mexico. So, we knew how the self-sustainable communities function among the faith-based groups. We figured that majority of those living in the Philippines who would like to come in will do so at the ELEVENTH HOUR. One beloved Irish pastor, who managed his schedules well on time and had traveled by car, other vehicles and the domestic airlines to many cities among the inhabited 7600-islands during his 10-year assignment in the Philippines, asked: "What does PAL mean"? This writer quickly answered, "Philippine Air Lines". The Irish pastor responded, "No... It is Philippines always late"!

The best, logical but "better late than never" lifestyles in the Philippines

The biggest irony on religion is that over 99% of the "Christian" churches, congregations, assemblies, charismatic movements, Messianic groups, Bible Study classes, religious groups and individuals with Facebook accounts, the seminaries, theological institutions and other Christian organizations in our country and globally do not apply and practice the biblical self-sustainable living! As you well know, the established and world-famous Christian church founded in Rome and the Protestants (in surrounding countries in the Mediterranean, Africa, Europe, Scandinavia, Canada, U.S.A., Central and South America, Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines and many other Christian nations), other denominations, and their millions and billions of followers do not follow the teachings and practices on self-sustainability of the original New Testament Church!

Whereas, the original New Testament Church, as described in Acts 2:44-45; 4:32-35, and less than 1% of today's religious, secular groups and individuals in few countries worldwide have been practicing the self-sustainable lifestyles! The unfortunate poor and average persons in the churches, congregations, assemblies, charismatic movements, other religious organizations need to send "a note to God" asking Him so that the wealthy and blessed religious believers in our society will act on and apply His messages.

The Filipinos do not need to pursue college degrees and/or vocational diplomas so as to join the OFWs as the new heroes. They do not need to risk discrimination, maltreatment by being the victims of crime from their employers abroad for the sake of their children, and other loved ones that they have to leave behind with the rest of around 108-million mostly poor fellow Filipinos!
