Gemma Bond has featured in many of the Film and Drama Workshop's films since the age of four, her first major role coming in 'Wrong Number' when she was six years old. It was screened in Argentina at the UNICA Festival in 1993. 'Dealing With It' (1997) which featured the region in which Gemma was born and lives was her first major speaking role, playing Gemma, the younger sister of the lead female role Sarah (played by Claire Smith).
Gemma's most recent production had her, once again, playing Gemma, this time in 'Having It ...' set in Cambridge. In fact, one of the scenes, in which Gemma invites her friends to her house after failing to gatecrash an older teen party, was actually filmed at her own house in West Norfolk! Unfortunately for Gemma, the party comes to an abrupt halt. 'Having It ...' will be screened shortly on Cable TV and it is also hoped for screenings in Norwich, King's Lynn, and of course in Cambridge.
