~Chocolate Dipped Strawberries~

1 large bag chocolate chips
1 basked strawberries, washed and patted dry

Place chocolate chips in a small, microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Chocolate will still hold shape until you stir it. After the first minute, if its not all melted put back in microwave for 15 second intervals. Dip washed and dried strawberries (holding on to strawberry caps) and coat half way up with chocolate. Place on waxed paper. If, desired, sprinkle strawberries with finely chopped pecans before set. Refrigerate until firm. Can use milk chocolate or semi sweet chocolate for this. Use apples slices, orange segments, fresh cherries with stems and small grape clusters too.
