Lasagna~
No
pre-cooking noodles!
- 1-28
oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 6
uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1
15-oz container ricotta cheese
- 8 oz.
shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups)
- 1/4
cup grated Parmesan cheese
- In a
2 qt. shallow baking dish (11x7 inch)
spread 1 cup sauce. Top with 3 uncooked
lasagna noodles. Top with ricotta cheese
and 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/2 of the
Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of sauce. Top
with 3 remaining noodles. Top with
remaining sauce and remaining Parmesan.
Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for
1 hour. Uncover and top with remaining
mozzarella cheese. Let stand 5 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.

top ricotta layer with 1 pound browned
ground beef. Add mushrooms if desired.

Rice~
- 4 c.
rice, cooked and cold
- 3 T.
oil
- 1 T.
soy sauce
- 1 c.
mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4
c. green onions,, minced
- 1
tsp. ground ginger
- 2
eggs
Lightly brown rice in oil.
Stir constantly. Add remaining ingredients except
eggs. Cook 3 minutes. Then break in eggs and keep
stirring until eggs are set. Garnish with green
onion or diced ham or chicken.
