Potato Salad~
4-6 med/large potatoes - boiled, peeled
and cut in chunks
1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4
cup sugar
- 3 T
yellow mustard
- 1
tsp. celery seed
1/4 cup dill pickle relish (or diced
dills)
1/2 med sweet onion - chopped
2 eggs - hard boiled & diced
- salt
and pepper

Fruit Salad~
- 1 can
mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 can
pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup
flaked coconut
- 2
cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup
sour cream
- 2
bananas sliced
Mix all
except bananas. Chill at least 2 hours. Add
bananas just before serving. Serves 6

~Aloha Chicken Salad~
4 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup diced celery
1 cup mayo
1 12-ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup sliced almonds, or pecans
2 11-ounce cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 pound seedless green grapes halved
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss until well mixed. Chill
well, then serve on lettuce leaves. This makes 8 servings.
