The header install is pretty straightforward, however, I was unable to install it myself due to a lack of air-powered tools. There are two bolts where the header connects to the catalytic converter that have springs keeping tension on the bolts and joint. After about 20 minutes of cussing and prying I realized I wasn't going to be able to install this with my limited tool selection, I hung my head in shame and took the header back to Apex motorsports for them to install. Power gains from the header weren't as dramatic as I originally expected but were still noticable across the powerband, especially above 4500 RPM. Overall I'm very pleased with the performance gains and I did pick up 5MPH at the end of the 1/4 mile with the header alone.
This is a picture of the old, ugly, restrictive exhaust manifold.
The damn thing weighs about twice as much as the GReddy header.
