graham crackers
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup walnuts, optional
1 tsp. vanilla

Line an 8x8 inch pan with whole graham crackers.
Combine sugar, butter, egg and milk in a saucepan and
bring to a boil.
Add rest of ingredients and pour into pan.
Cover with whole graham crackers.
Ice with a thin icing, if desired.
