first zoom in on the info box in the lower right of the dungeon map.

 

next click on the edit menu scroll down to the edit text submenu and click on Edit Text.
 

then select the text that you want to change.

the edit text dialog should come up type what you want in there then hit enter. Repeat with each line of text you want to change.

Then your finished.
