The United Nations Environmental Programme has just distributed
nomination forms for the prestigious UNEP-Sasakawa Environment Prize.

During this last year, I have had a lot of opportunity finding out
about "Who's Who?" in the Caribbean environmental field.
Excellent work has been done by several NGO's, perhaps
foremost the Caribbean Conservation
Association (see p.8).
and the Island Resources Foundation.

Two individuals, however, who impressed me most are Dr.
Gillian Cambers and Dr. Joyce Glasgow.
Therefore, I intend to nominate both of them and herewith ask
anyone who is willing to
