Rei resides at the Cherry Hill Temple with her Grandpa and her two pet crows, Phobos and Deimos. Ms Hino is constantly fighting and arguing with Usagi and treats Uchriou, the temple helper, very poorly. She has waist length black hair that reflects purple in certain light and attends a private school, unlike the other inner scouts. She is Sailor Mars, the senshi of fire, which matches her temper, and her fuku is a red skirt with one red bow and one purple.
