Clinton. I lived in Bloomington for a few years.
Family: My husband is Mike Norris
(He went to high school in Wisconsin and college in New York). My children
are Brenton, 15 (sophomore); Keith,11 (a 6th grader); and Ryan, 9, (4th grader).
We have a Dalmation named Toby.

Job: I am currently an at home
Mom. I worked for Illinois Power at the Clinton Power Station for 7 years and then
quit after my second son was born. A few years ago, I went back to work (part-time)
at DeWitt Savings Bank, in Clinton. I recently quit that to devote more time to my
children. They are involved in MANY activities and I want to support them in that as
much as I can.
Leisuretime Activities: I spend a lot
of time at sports activities for my sons. They are involved in baseball, basketball,
soccer, flag football, golf, and 2 of them are in band. My husband coaches many of
their teams and we seem to volunteer for most of their fund raising activities! We
love to go hiking as a family.
Favorite Memories: High school seems
like yesterday! My oldest son will have his driver's license in a few months and I
remember what that time was like.
My favorite times were riding around in cars that sometimes would barely run and
pinching pennies to buy enough gas....Four or 5 of my friends in the car singing to the
radio as loud as we could.....Going to the dances and football games.
My family and I took a wonderful vacation last year to the Northwest area. We went
to several National Parks (Glacier, Olympic, Yellowstone)we did LOTS of hiking, we took 3
weeks and it was wonderful!
Future Plans: My oldest son will be in
college and the other 2 will be in high school. I hope to again be working, at least
part time. I hope to have some time to golf with my husband, and take a cruise.
Miscellaneous Information: We bought
several acres of land just west of town about 5 years ago and built a new home. We
have been spending the last few years planting trees, making trails, landscaping, adding a
pool and deck. It has been a lot of time and work, but we love it.
