Dr. Cowan, Dr. Hiler, and Dr. Buffington

1. Spring Fling - Our annual spring fashion show
2. FallFest Picnic - Our annual fall family-style bar-b-que and picnic
3. Holiday Party - Usually held in December to celebrate the holidays

· Raffles - We try to have a raffle drawing at each meeting. All prizes are donated from various Angels and AngelMates. (The price per ticket is $0.50) Monies collected goes to our treasury.

· Donations - We accept donations for our treasuty

· Food - All foods provided at our monthly meetings are potluck, and provided by the Angels. We do not have a food committee, so Angels and AngelMates are encouraged to bring snacks from time to time. Dr. Cowan usually provides soft drinks (if he has any in the break room!).

· Condiments, paper plates, forks, cups, napkins, etc., are bought using money from our treasury. Again, donations of any of these items would be appreciated.

· Angels Management Committee - We meet once a month to discuss upcoming events and planning sessions. We discuss finances, procedures, responsibilities, and suggest various activities to help promote our Angels Support Group. This meeting is open to anyone willing to actively participate.

Treasury

As noted above, we are a non-profit organization, and depend on our members to support our functions for the year. We raise money for operating costs by selling tickets to our special functions, from donations, and our raffles. The proceeds are used to help defray the costs of the functions and to enable us to operate throughout the year.

Angel Stories

Angels are encouraged to write their story for our monthly newsletter. Please share your story, as you could be the encouragement someone needs. Please send in a before and after picture. The pictures print better if the background is light, and the person alone in the picture. We are also asking angels to share their story on our website. Permission slips are available at our monthly meetings.

As always, we try to have informative meetings each month. We are interested in knowing what topics and speakers you would like to see. Suggestions are always welcome.
