Cranberry Sauce
2/3 cup water
2 cups cranberries (8 ounces)
24 packets Equal
In a medium saucepan combine water and cranberries.
Bring just to a boil;
Reduce heat, Boil gently, uncovered, over medium heat for 8 minutes,
Stirring occasionally. (Skins will pop.)
Remove from heat.
Mash slightly.
Stir in Elual.
Cover and chill.
Serve chilled with beef, pork, ham or poultry.
Makes 1-1/2cups (12 two-tablespoon servings).

Orange-Cranberry Sauce.

1/3 cup Orange Juice
1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
1 Orange, peeled, sectioned and chopped
24 packets Equal
In a medium saucepan combine water, Orange juice and cranberries.
Bring just to a boil;
Reduce heat, Boil gently, uncovered, over medium heat for 8 minutes,
stirring occasionally. (Skins will pop.)
Remove from heat.
Mash slightly.
Add Orange peel and Orange
Stir in Equal.
Cover and chill.
Serve chilled with beef, pork, ham or poultry.
Makes 1-2/3 cups (13 two-tablespoon servings).
