Can you believe it?
Here is a great hot drink that gives great protein.
With this drink you get 7 gr. Protein is only six (6) ounces!
Hot Mocha:
1. Combine:
----- 2 cups nonfat dry milk powder.
----- 1/2 cup lowfat powdered nondiary creamer.
----- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
----- 1/4 cup instant (I use decaffinated) coffee crystals.
----- sweetener of your choice (Equal use 10 packets)
----- Optional: Pinch of Cinnamon
2. Stir this mixture very well. Place in an air tight container.
3. For a single serving:
----- use 1/3 cup Mocha Mixture.
----- add 3/4 cup boiling water.
----- stir to dissolve.
This will create 2 2/3 cups of Mocha Mix.
This is enough for 8 six-ounce servings.

Calories = 93
Protein = 7 gr.
Carbohydrates = 15 gr.
Total Fat = 1 gr.
Cholesterol = 3 mg.
Sodium = 85 mg.
