4 oz.__________1 lb._______Cooked Turkey-large, diced 1-1/2 inch cubes
Dash__________1-1/2 tsp.___Dijon mustard
1/4 cup________1 cup______Yellow onion-diced
1/4 clove_______1 clove_____Garlic—mashed
1/3 cup_______1-1/2 cups___Tomato-peeled, seeded & diced
2 tbsp.________1/3 cup_____Cubed fresh pineapple
2 tsp._________2 tbsp._____White wine vinegar
2 tsp._________2 tbsp.______Raisins, Seedless
3 tbsp.________3/4 cup_____Turkey broth
to taste_______to taste______Salt (Low-Sodium)
to taste_______to taste______White pepper
1 slice________4 slices______Whole wheat bread

Combine all ingredients in saucepan and simmer over medium heat about 20 minutes.
Serve over whole wheat bread or toast.
