Restaurant Cards

My doctor, Dr. George Cowan, JR. of Memphis TN, always gives his post-operative patients a set of Restaurant Cards. The purpose of which is so that when one of his patients goes out to eat they can get smaller meals and pay smaller amounts. I have used my cards at many Memphis Area restaurants and I am always offered smaller portions of what I am ordering at a lessor price. Also when I go to the "All You Can Eat" places, I am charged the child's rate and allowed to eat whatever I want at the Buffet. This is usually a charge of about $2.50 - you can't beat this!

If your doctor dose not have cards like these for his patients, please print out this page and take it with you to your next office appointment. Show it to him and ask if he would put together some cards similar to these and start giving them out to his patients too. Otherwise just use your computer and make some cards of your own to carry with you.
