My weight at that time was 362 pounds.


This is a picture that was taken after my Weight Loss Surgery Nov 1998. My darling wife Diane was at my side through it all. Let me take a moment to exclaim here to the world what a wonderful loving wife she is.
Diane I love you so much.


This picture was taken Aug. 1, 1999.
My weight here is 210 pounds,
for a total weight loss of 152 pounds!


In this picture I have lost over 160 pounds.
I am standing beside four 40 pound bags of Dog Food.
I can hardly believe, this is a physical representation
of the weight I have LOST -- How did I carry so much weight?


The picture on the Left is me just before surgery at 362 pounds. The picture on the Right is me one year after surgery at 185 pounds. This is my Goal Weight and I am looking forward to the Tummy Tuck to remove the apron like flap of skin that is sagging below my belt line. All that is left of that big belly I used to have.

And NOW I am HALF of me . . . I weigh 181 pounds, and I have Lost 181 pounds.


My old pants were waist 62" now they are waist 38"

Now I can plant my garden...

In this picture I weigh 179 pounds. It has been over 16 months since my surgery and I am very happy with my new life. After loosing 183 pounds I sometimes feel a little weak. But now that warmer weather is here, I will be outside working in the yard and garden. I feel this will help me build up my strength.
