Just send me an email by clicking on the email sign below giving me your First and Last Name, Date of Birth (year not required), and your State. Please put "Birthday Contest" in the subject line.
PLEASE NOTE: For the sake of privacy, only the first name and the initial of the last name of winners will be posted on the winners page along with their state and birthdate.
On the last day of every month, 1 birthdate will randomly be selected from all listed birthdates for that month and the winner will receive $10.00 into their PayPal account.
