Eagle Harbor was first built in 1851. It has undergone many changes. A new tower, erected in 1871 and fog signal, 1895. It remains active today. The museum in the lighthouse and surrounding building are taken care of by the Keweenaw County Historical Society. This one is beautiful. It is open from mid-June to September several days a week. Noon till 5 P.M.
