The Motavian village of Tonoe, situated far north of Krup past the blocked cave, is where you'll go to obtain Alshline to restore the people of Zema. Grandfather Dorin, the elder of the village, is where you can get information from. Also, the Motavians in this village know how to refine a metal known as titanium which can be made into powerful weapons.
