Breads Chocolate Cherry Bread for ABM

Recipe Ingredients

1-1/4 cups water
2 cups bread flour
1 cup wheat bread flour
2 tablespoons dry milk
1/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup cherries
1 tablespoon Grand Mariner
1/2 teaspoon orange peel
3 teaspoons active dry yeast





Recipe Directions
Place all ingredients into ABM pan according to manufacturer's directions.
Can be processed immediately or on time delay setting with crust selection of your choice.
Makes a very moist loaf.

For non-ABM, mix all ingredients in large mixer bowl until soft dough forms. Turn out on floured surface and knead for 10 minutes. Grease well and place in a well greased container and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size. Punch down, place dough on floured surface, cover with inverted greased container and let rest 10 minutes. Shape into buns or loaves and let rise again about 1 hour. Bake in moderate oven until golden brown
