Back on the island, we see Trakena making the final preparations for her plans along with Psycho Pink and Scorpina.

“How long before we can destroy this world and the rangers with them?” said Psycho Pink impatiently.  This drew a sharp look from Trakena.

“As long as I am in charge of this operation, the end will come when I say it will,” said Trakena sternly with Scorpina looking on. Psycho Pink, of course, doesn’t like being intimidated and stood up almost nose to nose to Trakena.

“Ladies, let’s not waste time on petty squabbles.  As long as the job gets done,” said Scorpina, being the voice of reason.

“You’re right,” said Trakena.

“Agreed,” said a reluctant Psycho Pink.

“Besides, I have something for both of you that should put a smile on your face,” said the insect queen.  She led her two compatriots to another room where she revealed something startling.

“How can this be?!” said the crazed doppelganger of the Space Pink Ranger.

“It isn’t possible,” said Scorpina.

“Ah, but I have done it,” said Trakena as she showed exact clones of the putties and her stingwingers!  There were several of them each but that wasn’t all.

“This is a gift for you Psycho Pink,” motioned Trakena as she showed Psycho Pink a surprise that even took her aback!

“How did you do this?” wondered Psycho Pink outloud.

“Wouldn’t you like to know?  Even if the red rangers manage to somehow escape, we have more than enough manpower to crush them and still have enough to take over the earth after they have been reduced to the level of mindless beasts!” boasted Trakena to the smiles of her allies.

Speaking of the red rangers, we still see them tied to the wall trying to figure out a way to get free.

“Guys!  We can’t give up!” encouraged Jason.

“I know we can’t but how do we get free?” asked Carter Grayson.

“If only we could morph,” said Wes.  Indeed, if they could, their power during morphing could be enough to break the bonds.

“Nice idea Wes, but we can’t reach our morphers to activate them,” noted Tommy.  This statement caused Eric to raise his head.

“That’s right. YOU can’t,” said Eric with a grin. Indeed, while the other morphers are activated by hand touch, Eric’s is VOICE ACTIVATED!

“QUANTUM POWER!” shouted Eric as the morpher came to life as he morphed into the Quantum Ranger!  And, as Wes theorized, the morphing process broke the bonds that held Eric.

“Hang on guys!” said Eric, wasting no time as he pulled out his Quantum Defender blaster and freed the other Rangers.

“Thanks Eric!” said Wes.

“No problem!  Now, we have a world to save!” said Eric.  The others nodded as they morphed into their respective identities.  As the rushed out of the chamber, Trakena was waiting for them at the door.

“Not so fast boys!” said Trakena as she stood with her two allies.

“Let’s give them a little déjà vu, shall we?” said Scorpina.  With that, a group of putties came out as well as sting wingers!

“Well, we came to fight, let’s kick some butt!” said T.J.  The other red rangers nodded as they battled the putties and sting wingers.  After a spectacular and long battle, the red rangers took them down and confronted their three adversaries.

“Ready to give up?” said Wes, confident that the fight was won.

“I don’t think so. Scorpina!  Psycho Pink! Show them what else we have in store!” ordered Trakena as two warriors came up front with her at the rear.  Suddenly, Tommy, Jason, Andros and Leo were shot from behind.  Wes, Eric, Carter and T.J. turned around to see what was up!  What they saw made their blood freeze!

“What?” said a stunned Leo.

“This can’t be,” said Andros in disbelief.

“I thought we destroyed them,” said T.J.  What they are babbling about is the return of the Psycho Rangers!

“I guess you thought wrong!” said Psycho Red!

“The Psycho Rangers have returned with but one purpose!  To destroy all Power Rangers!” said Psycho Blue.

“Haha!  We might as well start with you red rangers!” said Psycho Yellow.

“Let’s get them!” yelled Psycho Black as Psycho Pink, Trakena and Scorpina joined in as well.  This surprise gave Trakena’s side the edge as they overtook the valiant but tired red rangers.  As a result, they demorphed.  The Psycho Rangers quickly took them captive.

“Bring them to the next room, there is something I want them to see!” said Trakena boastfully.

The villains bring the captive rangers into a room where a big device was sitting.

“What’s this? A telescope?” said Andros.

“Hardly.  This is a vortex ray.  With this, I can create whirlwinds, tornadoes and even tsunami’s!” said Trakena.

“What’s this got to do with us?  I thought you wanted to turn everyone into bugs?” said Jason mockingly.

“Well, this may be of some interest to you? Observe this ship that’s actually heading towards us,” noted Scorpina.  A spy device shows the occupants aboard.

“Cole!  He made it!” said Wes happily!  Next we see Taylor walking up to him, asking about the direction the ship is going.

“Taylor,” said Eric under his breath, trying to conserve his strength.  The pictures change and now we see Cassie, Ashley, Karone, Kendrix and Mya all talking with each other.

“Cassie! Ashley!” said T.J.

“Karone, Kendrix, Mya!” said Leo, as if they could hear him.  Next, we switch to see Kimberly talking with Katie, Jen, Aiesha, Tanya and Kat.

“Kat! Tanya!” screamed Tommy!

“Kimberly!” shouted Jason.

“Jen!” yelled out Wes.  All these passionate cries drew laughter from the villains.

“Well, well.  Love can be so grand!  Take a good look boys because it’ll be the last you’ll see of your ‘significant others’!” said Trakena as she motioned for Psycho Pink to start the vortex generator.

“NO!” yelled Andros.

“DON’T DO IT!” screamed T.J.

“DO WHAT YOU WANT TO US BUT LEAVE THEM ALONE!” said Eric.  This passionate plea drew surprised looks from everyone because Eric isn’t given to much emotion.

“Too late boys!” said Trakena as she laughed with hatred seeing the beam head towards its destination.

“Oh, don’t cry. I’ll give them at least 15 minutes of time on earth before the tornado creates a storm that will wash them away from existence!” said the evil queen with mock concern.

“You evil bi….”was all Wesley Collins got out before Psycho Red struck him!

“Silence!” yelled the red doppelganger.

“Oh, its alright Psycho Red. He’s just upset that his lil’ girlfriend is about to take a good swim!  But don’t worry Wes, you’ll be joining her soon.  Kind of a waste though, all that good looking emotion being spent on a woman that he can never have,” said Trakena seductively but tauntingly as she looked at the handsome features of Wes, who is now staring a hole through the evil queen as they leave them bound once again to the screen to watch their loved ones and friends get their imminent doom.  Just as a safety precaution, they’ve bound Eric’s mouth so that he can’t activate his morpher this time!
