I was raised in a home where we always went to church. Every Sunday,
we heard the Bible read. However, we were not truly Christians. When
I was three years old, my mother was the first one to receive Christ.
She asked the Lord into her heart. What changed was her attitude.
She was actually happy. I thought, whatever my mom has, I want.
This began my search for Christ. It wasn't until I was eight years
old when I was attending an Evangelistic meeting that I suddenly
realized that Christ had died for me. I realized that I could not
save myself (Ephesian 2:8,9), and that I was a lost sinner who needed
a Savior. I changed my mind about my sin (I repented), I confessed
my sin (agreed with God my sin was wrong), and asked the Lord Jesus
Christ to come into my life and be my Lord and Savior. I realized
that only by accepting Christ's gift of salvation- the fact that
He died on the cross and paid the price for all my sin- could I ever
have eternal life. My prayer is that God will use my life to be a
witness and a testimony to others who need to know the Savior. If
