Right now it seems the Hebrew files of this site look fine
in Netscape and in most Explorer versions.
However, there may be a problem with Explorer 4.
If you're using Internet Explorer, try:
View> Fonts> Hebrew Alphabet (ISO-Visual).
For Explorer 5 try: View> Encoding> Hebrew Alphabet (ISO-Visual).
If you're using Netscape Navigator, try:
View> Encoding> User Defined
(you should have Hebrew fonts installed).
My best advice is: If you're having problems, go for the English version.
