You are trying to open a Web page that is not available due to
Microsoft's server crash.
Pages are available only when no one is on.
By choosing to stay in Offline mode, you can save money, because
you are not connected to the Internet, and time, because
Microsoft's site is dumb..
If you decide later that you want to work online again, click the
File menu, and then click Work Offline to remove
the check mark beside it and hopefully your PC won't crash.
Tip
If Microsoft's site is available they're using Linux..
If the page is not available,You don't have to worry.
