Little Eve was only 7 weeks old when she died. Her mother who was a heroin addict, had been breast feeding little Eve . Little Eve died from oxygen deprivation.

Amoret Powell, 24 years old and Robin Johnson ,33 years old who is Eve's father was also arrested for not intervening.Both were arrested on first-degree murder charges.
