Do you ever wonder how much your kids are influenced by television and the media? I saved these very funny interviews that Leila did with Noelle when Leila was 10 and Noelle was 6. Mind you, I don't take these things literally, just got a big kick out of them.

NOELLE BOYTLER age six, interviewed by Leila Boytler

Noelle: When I was little I had a very stubborn personality but now I'm alot more reasonable. I plan to be a preschool teacher. I think I'll have one kid when I grow older.
Leila: Personally, I think Noelle is a very wonderful person to be around. I asked Noelle who her idol was. She wasn't real sure of that.
Noelle: I like simple clothes, I like to wear skirts alot. I like fast songs like "Everybody Dance Now", "Straight Up", "Black or White", and "Jam"! Out of the slow songs I like, "Used to Be My Playground", "I Will Always Love You", and "Billy Jean".

When I grow older I want to live in an average home in California. I would like to drive a Mercedes with the top off. My favorite animal is a zebra.

NOELLE TALKS, with a capital T (another interview, same ages)

Leila: Noelle, what do you feel about our world today?
Noelle: I feel sad about the trees that are being cut down.
Leila: What do you want to be when you grow up?
Noelle: A hairdresser.
Leila: Would you want to be a hairdresser for the stars?
Noelle: Yes!
Leila: Why?
Noelle: The stars have funky hairdos and I like making them.
Leila: Where do you want to live when you grow up?
Noelle: Washington, with my parents, so when they die I'll have alot of money.

Well, you gotta admit Noelle is a pretty cute kid with alot of imagination! And she said all that at the young age of six! She's changed a bit since then (12 yrs old now) and prefers pants to skirts, studies hard in school (currently working on her expert studies for sixth grade: The Great Depression) but still likes to ham it up with her sisters (much to their dismay) and riles the younger one (Bryana, 8) especially.
